Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Architect one who has successfully designed, completed, and implemented architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient with traditional and AI-powered tools, bringing both creative and technical excellence to every phase of the design and execution process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural concepts, plans, and working drawings.
• Manage small to mid-scale projects through all phases: conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Integrate AI-driven tools for ideation, visualization, space planning, and design automation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Prepare presentations and 3D visualizations using AI-enhanced rendering tools.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of AI-based architecture tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, LookX, Veras, Autodesk AI tools, etc.).
• Strong visual, technical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
